Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of hyperbaric oxygen combined with community rehabilitation training in the treatment of delayed encephalopathy after carbon monoxide poisoning (DEACMP).

Methods 70 patients with delayed encephalopathy after carbon monoxide poisoning were randomly divided into 2 groups, each group with a total of 35 cases. The control group was given conventional medicine and hyperbaric oxygen therapy. On the basis of the above treatment, the rehabilitation group was treated with hyperbaric oxygen therapy. Community rehabilitation therapy including anti spasm model, balance training, exercise relearning therapy, occupational therapy, etc.. Followed up 1 times every three months, followed up for a total of 1 years. The efficacy of 2 groups of patients were evaluated by ADL modified PAP index (BI).

Results during the 1 year follow-up period, the BI of the patients in the 2 groups were significantly increased (P0.05), and there was significant difference between the 6 groups (P)
