Patient, female, 47 years old, due to breast cancer after surgery for 1 years, back pain February admission. Physical examination: 10 thoracic vertebral spinous process tenderness, percussion pain significantly. ECT: abnormal radioactivity concentration of 10 thoracic vertebrae. Diagnosis: 10 thoracic vertebral metastases.
