Patient: Condition Description: nearly half a year after the operation is also pain, feeling very tired from the plane feel better to ask why the surgery after half a year there will be pain?

Department of oncology, General Hospital of Nanjing Military Region, Su Quansheng:

Renal hamartoma is a common benign tumor of the kidney. There are no symptoms in the kidney, such as the occurrence of acute abdominal pain, tumor enlargement and internal bleeding. Ultrasound examination showed renal parenchymal lesions, mostly hyperechoic masses. CT examination revealed the presence of parenchymal lesions in the kidney and a low CT component of fat. Small tumors can be followed up for a long time without treatment. If the tumor is large and has a tendency to grow or accompanied by pain, partial nephrectomy may be performed. Cure: surgical resection of tumor, clinical symptoms disappeared, wound healing. The results showed that: (1) double renal tumor underwent surgical removal of the tumor, and (2) renal dysfunction. Invalid: (3) renal tumors without resection, no improvement of symptoms and signs.

Review kidney CT, find the cause of pain.
