According to the two sample non parameter test, white blood cell count, absolute neutrophil count and lymphocyte count of CD3+, CD4+ and complement C3 and C4 between subacute severe hepatitis and acute hepatitis P < 0.05;

According to the Logistic stepwise regression analysis, the absolute number of granulocytes, CD4+, absolute lymphocyte count and OR of complement C3 were 1.783, 0.028, 0.120 (P < 0.05);

According to the ROC curve, the white blood cell count over 7.900 * 109/L in the diagnosis of subacute severe hepatitis, the sensitivity, specificity and accuracy were 0.833, 0.907 and 0.611 positive and negative predictive values were 0.688 and 0.875, the absolute neutrophil count over 3.750 * 109/L in the diagnosis of subacute severe hepatitis, the sensitivity, specificity 0.833, 0.704 and 0.726 respectively, accuracy, positive and negative predictive values were 0.484 and 0.704 and 0.739, positive and negative predictive values were 0.484 and 0.927.
