1 for the IB1 and IIA period (less than or equal to 4 cm): no fertility requirements recommended radical resection and pelvic lymph node resection / aortic lymph node sampling of uterus; fertility requirements recommended radical neck resection and pelvic lymph node resection / aortic lymph node sampling of uterus".

In 2 simple hysterectomy after accidentally discovered invasive cervical cancer, recommended "extensive parametrial resection + vagina node excision + aortic lymph node resection and pelvic lymph node sampling".

3 for local recurrence, resectable lesions recommended first resection of the lesion, and tumor targeting chemotherapy + radiotherapy + platinum based brachytherapy".

4.IA1: the first treatment without lymphatic invasion lacuna (LVSI), recommended "extrafascial hysterectomy"; LVSI, "recommended the modified radical hysterectomy and pelvic lymphadenectomy; fertility requirements or unresectable, recommended cervical cone excision, cervical margin. Postoperative follow-up observation".
