Topical drug treatment can make about 50% patients have a good effect, and the pigment recovery for a long time. The course of treatment is generally 4-6 months, patients need to maintain treatment to prevent recurrence.

The type and potency of topical medications depends on the type of vitiligo and skin, which generally includes the following:

1 hormone ointment is widely used in localized vitiligo and can only be used in the short term, because hormones can cause skin thinning and other side effects. At least 3 months before treatment.

2 topical immunomodulators such as immune response and stimulation of tacrolimus and pimecrolimus black horse can regulate local skin pigment synthesis. 9 micro needle therapy can sometimes restore skin color.

10 topical antioxidants such as curcumin may be beneficial to the process of rapid color reproduction.

11 topical tacrolimus combined with UVB treatment may produce synergistic, but may increase the risk of skin cancer.
